Our mission and vision are to empower women of all ages to change the world around us using their greatest gifts.

THE HEROIC JOY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY is a community of inspired women in all walks of life who wish to create profound transformation in the world.  We provide resources, mentorship, and curriculum to uplift and empower them to discover their innate gifts and voice, so they can serve the world with initiative, leadership, activism, and purpose-driven businesses. Many have trouble finding the proper resources, community, and tools to achieve their dreams, but now they don't have to look any further. It begins right here with the generous support of our growing donors.

This is about changing lives through human impact. But it does not always come easy. When life becomes unbalanced, our purpose seems unclear, or that inner critic takes over, it’s easy to lose that heart-centered energy and boundless spirit that connects us to our true north.  The HJLA takes women on a journey of spiritual liberation, emotional freedom, and servant leadership that opens their mouths and hearts at the same time to enjoy the greatest gifts of living a life of heroic joy.
